About the Role
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the business units on system-related matters.
  • Collaborate with peers in IT and business units to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain and support financial and business systems, including Oracle JDE ERP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Halo helpdesk.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and patches.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A two-year full-time technical diploma in Information Technology or another acceptable field from a recognized post-secondary educational institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience in a mid-to-large enterprise environment, providing financial applications and business systems implementation, configuration, integration, upgrades, and support.
