About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a motivated student to join our Winter 2025 Supply Chain Co-op program. As a Manufacturing Supply Chain Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations and develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in various programs and projects related to supply chain management, including day-to-day responsibilities that promote leadership development.
  • Lead improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze data to support improvement projects and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Quality, Health Safety & Environment, Maintenance, and Warehouse.
  • Analyze data to support key metrics for safety, quality, production, warehouse, maintenance, operational excellence, and finance.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor Program in Engineering; 3rd or 4th year preferable.
  • Demonstrated leadership with a great attitude, passion for growth, and continuous learning.
  • Able to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities.
  • Strong relationship builder who can effectively work cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to display a positive attitude with a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent computer skills with proven ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
