Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Technician to join our team at REGIONAL SEWER AND WATERMAIN LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and inspecting equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, as well as diagnosing and repairing defects.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
- Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance
- Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy duty equipment repair and maintenance. They will be physically demanding and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be accurate, dependable, and reliable, with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
