We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Forms/Reports Developer to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing products and services that solve the challenges of modernizing the specialty contracting trades.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with designers, programmers, and internal and external customers to analyze business requirements and create optimal value throughout all Plexxis solutions.
- Learn all aspects of the Plexxis ERP system and design, develop, test, optimize, and implement programs within Oracle Forms/Reports.
- Analyze available information, applying experience and systems knowledge to maintain, analyze, diagnose, identify, and implement solutions to meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Investigate, analyze, and document reported defects, and interact with internal customers to provide training and support.
- Troubleshoot issues prior to, during, and post-implementation, and be proactive in recognizing and efficiently resolving issues.
- Assist in writing and correcting key payroll and job costing reports, and collaborate closely with internal customers and Plexxis developers to create and deliver solutions.
- Interest in data and technology, with practical experience in customer care-related work and a genuine enjoyment of helping people.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with basic database/SQL knowledge.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Extraordinary ability to conceptualize and learn quickly, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
