- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership and project team members.
- Provide project status updates and reports to executive-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, sciences, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop new ideas and conceptualize new approaches.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and developing esprit de corps within the project team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Post-graduate degree in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification.
- Payroll Certification (CPP, FPC, CPM, etc.).
- Experience implementing position management in a large organization.
