Job Title: Groundskeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundskeeping Supervisor to join our team at Royal Star Enterprises Inc.

Job Summary:

The Groundskeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe, clean, and visually appealing. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate grounds maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, and repairs.
  • Supervise a team of groundskeepers, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects, ensuring budgetary constraints are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, including equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity. The successful candidate must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
