Construction Engineering Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineering Technician to join our team at Nasiruddin Engineering Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Assist in the development of engineering specifications and drawings, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Technical Support: Participate in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations to ensure that construction projects meet the required standards.
- Design and Estimation: Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates, as well as engineering designs and drawings.
- Project Scheduling: Prepare project schedules and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of project timelines and milestones.
- Field Supervision: Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations, and testing of construction materials.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
- Area of Specialization: Structural engineering, construction design and supervision, highways and transportation, land planning and development, and environmental protection.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Leadership, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, judgement, organized, and team player.
