Key Responsibilities
  • Professionalism in Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations for our drivers, ensuring that they have the necessary information and resources to complete their routes.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of our vehicles, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment to ensure that they are in good working order.
  • Pre-Trip Inspections: Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure that our vehicles are safe and ready for the road.
  • Hours of Service: Record hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
