Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Strategist to lead our Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing MDM solutions that align with our business objectives and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the Enterprise MDM architecture, considering factors such as data integration, data governance, data quality, and data stewardship requirements.
  • Develop data models that define how master data entities (such as customers, products, or employees) are structured, related, and stored within the MDM system.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight during the implementation phase, collaborating with IT teams, developers, and data engineers to ensure that the MDM solution is implemented according to design specifications and meets performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, including significant hands-on experience with MDM solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience with MDM tools like Informatica, IBM, Ataccama.
  • 3+ years of experience managing data teams.
  • Proven experience leading MDM initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Experience with data privacy laws, security, and policies.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Candidates with CPG experience are preferred.
  • Experience working in an Agile framework is an asset.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Math, Computer Science, BA) is required.
