Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Boutique Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of beauty experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of beauty experts, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make data-driven decisions to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality product offering.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field an asset.
