Job Description

The Senior Advisor/Instructional Designer will play a key role in developing and implementing learning solutions that support the professional development of our employees. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive e-learning content using various authoring tools and software applications
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training programs
  • Maintain and update existing training materials to ensure they remain relevant and up-to-date
  • Manage multimedia resources, including graphics, audio, and video assets
  • Coordinate the production of training materials and ensure they meet quality standards
  • Provide coaching and consultation to L&D team members on the use of approved authoring tools and processes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to LMS content and resolve any problems that arise

Requirements

  • University degree in a field related to training or instructional design
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a training designer or instructional designer role
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and large-scale content libraries
  • Strong skills in managing relationships, providing advisory services, and fostering collaborative work
  • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and produce results in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite software and Articulate360
  • Familiarity with adult learning styles, instructional design best practices, and models like ADDIE, SAM
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Related industry certifications or credentials, such as ATD Certifications

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
