As a seasoned Design Build Healthcare Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our design build proposals for P3 and other design build projects in Vancouver BC, Toronto ON, and Edmonton AB. Responsibilities
  • Manage the design team in developing compliant and aggressive design solutions in response to RFP requirements
  • Analyze project requirements and develop a strategy focused on winning the opportunity
  • Develop submissions and presentations for RFP period, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the design team to review and assess all RFP documentation and requirements
  • Develop and coordinate documentation of the proposed design to support estimating project cost
  • Develop technical submission including design and construction narratives and drawing package
  • Develop project schedule and project logistic plans based on requirements and proposed design in coordination with the proposed project execution team
  • Maintain relationships with partner consultants and design build trade contractors
Requirements
  • You have a construction-related degree and eight to ten years of design build management experience
  • You possess a working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, scheduling, project management, and contract software
  • You are able to confidently mentor and delegate to a large team while developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • You have experience in design build/construction management delivery models/contracts
  • You have experience in Acute Healthcare Renovations/New Builds
  • Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills are required
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 – $180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The company offers a competitive compensation package, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
