Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of produce experts and provide coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a produce department.
  • Food Safe Certification and a strong understanding of food safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to creating a positive work environment.
