Food Service Manager at Pizza Depot

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Pizza Depot. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Ensure that staff are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and implement work schedules that ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
- Train Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of food service staff to ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards in all aspects of food preparation and service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is necessary.
- Work Environment: You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and may be required to stand for extended periods.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
