Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team at the University of British Columbia.
Job Summary:The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for coordinating and conducting clinical trials, as well as providing administrative support to the research team. This is a temporary position with a variable schedule, requiring 32-40 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and conduct clinical trials, including participant recruitment, data collection, and data analysis
- Develop and implement research protocols, including informed consent forms and study manuals
- Collaborate with research team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of research projects
- Prepare and submit research reports, proposals, and grant applications
- Develop and maintain relationships with research participants, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g. medicine, nursing, public health)
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
