Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team at the University of British Columbia.
Job Summary:The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for coordinating and conducting clinical trials, managing data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and conduct clinical trials, including site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Manage and analyze data, including data entry, cleaning, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines
- Collaborate with research teams, including investigators, coordinators, and data managers
- Develop and maintain study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as clinical research, public health, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research, including experience with clinical trials and data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
