Key Responsibilities


As a key member of our Production Team, you will learn to operate all components of the converting line, including Re-winders, Folders, Case Packers, Case Sealers, Bundlers, and Palletizing Robots. Your attention to detail will be crucial in verifying all raw materials against spec sheets and maintaining daily quality/production reports.

Requirements


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will need to have a Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent and be able to successfully complete mechanical aptitude testing.



  • Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and follow production schedule
  • Ability to lift up to 50 LBS/27 KG
  • Demonstrated listening and communication skills
  • Strong motivation with the ability to work independently or as a team member
  • Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to successfully complete mechanical aptitude testing
