Come join our team We are looking to hire Factory Labourers / Production Workers for our plant.

Wood working experience would be an asset, but we are always willing to provide training.

Note: We are located in Durham, Ontario, Canada (West Grey Municipality)

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Thursday: 5:30 am to 3:00 pm

**Wages**:

- Start Rate $20.68

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Prioritizes safe operation and daily maintenance of machines
- Adheres to efficient operation procedures as outlined by senior operators
- Confident in power up/shut down of machines with filled-out checklists
- Ensure information from drawings is accurately reflected on machined parts
- Confident in setup/run/tear-down of various jobs
- Able to pivot comfortably between setups and various machines
- Use run-time to prospect and setup for next job
- Confident in making adjustments & problem solving
- Has a desire to improve all operations
- Physical demands include standing, bending, lifting of various weights and lengths, and repetitive movements. Some exposure to dust and noise.
- This position requires a self-motivated individual who manages time wisely, has a strong attention to detail and is able to work independently while following instructions on the production routings.
- Personal Protective Equipment is mandatory.
