Job Title: Transportation Logistics Supervisor

Magnum Transhaul Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating and assigning work to team members.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
