About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Magnum Transhaul Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics to ensure efficient transportation of goods
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and review work assignments, requisition materials and equipment as needed
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows
