Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home decor during their visit to our store.
  • Represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help customers create a space they love to call home.
  • Collaborate with the store team and managers to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience.
  • A passion for interior decor and merchandising.
  • Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad.
  • Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (12-20 hours) per week – including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift.
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.
