About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Annierose Cleaning. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to a high standard
  • Dust and polish furniture to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, area rugs, drapes and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets as required
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide basic information on facilities and services
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to a high standard
  • Clean changing rooms and showers

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
  • Handling heavy loads and physically demanding work
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling and combination of sitting, standing and walking

Weight Handling:

  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
