Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Annierose Cleaning. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our clients' homes.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to a high standard
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and dust-free environment
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy space
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping environment
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a hygienic environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Provide basic information on facilities to our clients
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and sparkling environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Repetitive tasks and attention to detail
  • Handling heavy loads and physically demanding work
  • Combination of sitting, standing and walking
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) weight handling
  • Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience and honesty
Working Conditions

Our Housekeeping Assistants work in a variety of locations, including private residences, apartment complexes and various other locations. We offer a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
