We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at InterSources. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data from various sources to drive informed decision-making.


Job Description


The Data Insights Specialist will be responsible for gathering and consolidating data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Using Google Sheets, this role will create an end-to-end table that provides a holistic view of the data. Additionally, the Data Insights Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide necessary insights and recommendations.


Responsibilities:



  • Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize Google Sheets to create an end-to-end table that provides a holistic view of the data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide necessary insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a Tableau dashboard that connects to the Google Sheet, offering real-time visual representations of key metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in.

Requirements:



  • Proficient in Google Sheets, with the ability to manipulate data and create end-to-end tables.
  • Strong knowledge of Tableau / Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools to create visually appealing and interactive dashboards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Alteryx knowledge is a plus but not necessary at this stage.
