About the Role

Foilcon is seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Lead the design process for digital products, ensuring that they are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet business objectives.
  • User Research: Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviors, and use this information to inform design decisions.
  • Design Development: Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency across digital products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate design solutions and strategies to stakeholders, including senior leadership, product managers, and engineers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on user experience and user research.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision; experience with design systems and guidelines; strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user research methods.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Design or a related field.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Knowledge of design systems and guidelines.
