The Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our Core GeoComply product strategy and roadmap. This position involves working closely with Engineering, product, and Revenue teams to drive the success of our compliance-grade gaming product - GeoComply Core.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define, refine, and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Feature Development & Specifications: Drive the ideation, evaluation, and prioritization of new features, balancing customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Success Metrics: Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other success metrics to measure product performance.
  • Fraud Detection and Prevention: Collaborate with data scientists and security teams to analyze geolocation data, identify fraud trends, and implement robust preventative measures.
  • Customer Engagement/Advocacy: Serve as a primary advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring their feedback and needs are integral to product development.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Conduct deep market and customer research to gather insights and validate product concepts.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • UI/UX Design and Evaluation: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the product is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets high design standards.
  • Security and Privacy: Ensure the product complies with relevant security and privacy regulations.
  • Financial and Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Operationalizing: Develop and implement processes to operationalize new product features.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in delivering successful products in a product management role, with a proven track record.
  • 3+ years of experience in the iGaming Industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge and product instincts, with a background in engineering and the ability to make informed product/tech trade-offs.
  • Customer-Centric: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, utilizing design thinking and a customer-centric approach to product development.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and integration partners.
  • Proactive: A bias for action, with a hands-on approach to addressing issues and taking initiative.
  • Communication: Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous Learning: A commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several Global markets. The salary for this position ranges from $120,000/year up to $165,000/year. Pay is based on several factors evaluated throughout the interview, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
