Job Title: Metallurgist

We are seeking a skilled Metallurgist to join our team at Calibre - Valentine Gold Mine.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in metallurgical technology or chemical engineering technology, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in remote locations and have a strong understanding of metallurgical engineering principles.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement metallurgical processes to optimize gold recovery
  • Conduct laboratory tests and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in metallurgical technology or chemical engineering technology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in metallurgical technology or chemical engineering technology
  • Proven track record of working in remote locations
  • Strong understanding of metallurgical engineering principles
