About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Cybersecurity Product Management to lead the development and management of cybersecurity standards at Mastercard. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our products address critical compliance and risk management challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a forward-looking product vision and roadmap, aligned with key regulatory requirements.
  2. Translate market and regulatory changes into actionable product strategies that ensure long-term relevance and leadership in cybersecurity.
  3. Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, establishing key performance indicators and objectives in partnership with Mastercard regions.
  4. Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap for the Products they manage, clearly communicating it to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • Subject matter expert in Cybersecurity with a proven track record product managing Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PCI Professional (PCIP)
  • Certified Product Manager (CPM)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
