Retail Sales Associate

Culture Athletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in the East-end of Toronto. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product knowledge, and driving sales in our lifestyle-driven Yoga and Run Specialty boutique.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and pleasant manner
- Engage and interact with customers, offer assistance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Assess customer needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing superior knowledge of all product offerings
- Develop product knowledge, provide technical product education, and deliver sales by providing recommendations and opinions on products (shoes, apparel, and all accessories)
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided through all channels
- Assist with day-to-day store operations including merchandising and inventory
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive team environment
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high level of customer service skills
- A friendly, personable, and motivating personality
- Have a passion for running or having an active healthy lifestyle
- Have a genuine desire to help people with their fitness journey
- Have an interest in developing product knowledge
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
