We're looking for a Global HRIS Manager to join our Global People Operations team. This position can be based in most GHD office locations in the US or Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement that supports flexibility and productivity.

Job Description

The Global HRIS Manager will lead their team to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project managing the implementation and updates of new systems/modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Consulting with project sponsors to develop business requirements documents and project charters.
  • Collaborating with other functions (IS/Finance) to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system stability.
  • Acting as the interface between business users and external system support teams.
  • Collaborating with vendors to address technical issues and implement updates.
  • Establishing and maintaining data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Leveraging data analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making within the HR function.
  • Implementing and enforcing robust security measures to safeguard HRIS data.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a HRIS leadership role.
  • A strong understanding of HR systems architecture, including Oracle and HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Ability to solve technical configuration and data integration problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. GHD offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
