About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Fire Safety and Protection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our fire safety solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase sales and revenue.
  • Industry Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations, and participate in sales and industry training to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of related sales experience required, preferably in the facilities services or business solution sales industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to build relationships with clients, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Personal Qualities: Motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple proposals and processes simultaneously.
