About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at the Government of Canada - Western. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of organizational policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
- Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Formulate and approve policies and programs to drive business growth and improvement
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
