Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at The Steel Guys Fabricating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our operations team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Lead a team of operations managers and supervisors to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of company assets

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
