Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Kitimat. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide guidance on how to meet work schedules.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with a need to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
