Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painting Specialist to join our team at Humble Constructions Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes
  • Mix paint to the required color and texture
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in the field. You should also possess strong attention to detail and be able to distinguish between colors. Additionally, you must be physically capable of performing tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Working Conditions

You will be working on-site, providing customer service and interacting with clients to advise them on colors and choice of wall coverings. The work environment can be physically demanding, requiring you to work at heights and lift heavy objects.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
