About the Opportunity

eTeam is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead our cyber projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and excellent stakeholder engagement. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing portfolios of projects, providing oversight, and clearly reporting on status, risks, and mitigations in committees. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen will drive project success and contribute to eTeam's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of cyber projects from planning to delivery, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines and budgets.
  • Lead project portfolio committee meetings, ensure governance and lifecycles are respected, and oversee project documentation governance assessment.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, building strong business relationships and ensuring timely contributions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Present complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or accountability levels.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 8+ years' experience in IT project management, preferably in Information Security or IT Governance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), CyberArk administration, and security concepts.
  • Proven record of working with senior management and presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to work in a complex organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
What We Offer

eTeam offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
