- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, responding to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years' experience in the retail environment, with a proven track record of driving sales and profit.
- Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and profit.
- Additional Requirements: Experience in the fashion retail industry and visual merchandising is an asset, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and key performance indicators (KPIs).
