We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Kitimat, BC. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily office operations, and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets
- Manage daily office operations, including staff supervision and customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the insurance industry
- Insurance broker Level 2 license and working towards CAIB and/or CIP
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
