The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in managing the supply of critical services and materials across various Institutional Supply Categories. Reporting to the Manager, Supply Management, this position ensures that all supply chain activities are performed and managed in accordance with SAIT's policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Critical Procure to Pay (P2P) data maintenance and management for SAIT's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Institutional Supply Category Management, including Purchase Card Program, Corporate Travel Program, Office Supplies Program, Online Purchasing Program Management, MRO, Auto Parts, and other purchasing category requirements.
  • Spend analytics & Reporting, providing supply chain performance KPIs to support Purchasing Officers with Supplier Relationship Management.
