We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Procurement Specialist to join our team at MRO Electronics. As a member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to maintain operational continuity.
  • Analyze and improve supply chain processes for performance, to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement lean and sustainable practices to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives in the supply chain.
  • Manage inventory levels to balance operational needs with cost efficiency.
  • Streamline logistics processes to enhance on-time delivery and reduce lead times.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure supply chain alignment with project timelines and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
