Job Summary

BELL is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Technical Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and resources to identify opportunities for sales growth.

Recommend Goods or Services

Provide expert recommendations on goods or services that meet client needs and exceed their expectations.

Develop Reports and Proposals

Prepare and present reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of goods or services.

Conduct Sales Transactions

Manage sales transactions from start to finish, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Prepare and Administer Sales Contracts

Develop and administer sales contracts that meet client needs and company requirements.

Provide Input into Product Design

Collaborate with product development teams to design goods or services that meet client needs.

Review and Adapt Information

Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to inform sales strategies.

Provide Client Presentations

Deliver engaging presentations to clients on the benefits and uses of goods or services.

Estimate Costs

Accurately estimate costs associated with installing and maintaining equipment or services.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma required.

Experience

1-2 years of sales experience required.

Work Term

Permanent position.

Work Language

English required.

Hours

40 hours per week.
