Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team at Noodlebox. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing efficient work schedules, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality food and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement work schedules to meet business needs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
