Job Title: Media Marketing Manager

SC Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement media plans that align with business objectives
  • Manage media budgets and ensure effective ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media strategies with other marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in media planning and buying
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform media decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in media planning and buying
  • Proven track record of driving business results through media strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agency experience in media planning and buying
  • Experience with performance marketing and omnichannel brand strategy
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms and social media marketing
