About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our HR Contact Centre team as an HR Contact Centre Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our employees and HR colleagues by handling telephone and email inquiries related to HR policies, programs, and HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to employee inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on HR policies and procedures, as well as Manulife's HR self-service tools.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Manulife's HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues.
- Utilize call tracking systems to monitor and analyze customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including HR systems and software.
