Director of Water for Life Initiative

As the Director of Water for Life Initiative, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals in implementing a comprehensive program aimed at providing clean water and sanitation to communities in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Water for Life Initiative team
  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve our mission
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and donors
  • Manage a team of technical, administrative, and programming staff
  • Oversee the development and implementation of program budgets and financial plans
  • Ensure the effective monitoring and evaluation of program activities and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international development, public health, or environmental science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in international development or a related field
  • Strong understanding of water and sanitation issues, as well as program management and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
