Municipal Infrastructure Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Municipal Infrastructure Project Engineer to join our team at Wills Associates Limited. As a key member of our Municipal Infrastructure Engineering Group, you will be responsible for delivering complex engineering projects, including asset management studies, road and utility renewals, and stormwater management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement municipal infrastructure projects, including asset management studies and renewal of roads, utilities, and sewers.
  • Conduct technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations, to identify and solve complex engineering design issues.
  • Prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules, and execution plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Undertake technical documentation, including letters, reports, drawings, specifications, and construction contract documents.
  • Contribute to business development and marketing activities, preparing technical proposals and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario.
  • Strong knowledge of principles and practices of proposal submissions, project delivery, and contract administration.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Act and its application to supervision of staff and field work.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
