Vehicle Detailer – BMW Service Center

At Brian Jessel BMW, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Service team as a Vehicle Detailer.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our customers' vehicles are meticulously cleaned and presented in pristine condition. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth within our company.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Clean and maintain the exterior and interior of customer vehicles to the highest standards;
- Ensure the service wash bay is clean and well-maintained;
- Communicate effectively with service drive-thru staff, service advisors, and valet to update vehicle status;
- Identify and report any vehicle damages before washing;
- A valid BC Driver's License, Class 7 or Class 5, and the ability to provide a driving abstract;
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision;
- Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills;
- Able to withstand working in a semi-outdoor environment;
- The ability to drive a manual transmission is an asset;
We operate Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday and statutory holidays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A 40-hour workweek is standard for full-time employment.
