Director of Finance Job Description

At ROC Advisors, we're dedicated to helping businesses thrive by providing expert financial guidance. As a Director of Finance, you'll play a crucial role in driving our clients' financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide financial planning and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with a CPA designation
  • Operational experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of financial software, including QuickBooks Online, Xero, and/or Sage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
