About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Assistant - Laboratory to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our laboratory operations, ensuring the quality and accuracy of tests, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include conducting laboratory tests, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be expected to work effectively within the team environment, identify quality gaps, and implement action plans to ensure compliance with quality programs.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should be capable of working independently, have a high level of interaction with other team members, and demonstrate leadership skills. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in computer software, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
