Bus Mechanic

At A. Girardin Inc., we are seeking a skilled Bus Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our commercial and school buses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, inspect, repair, and adjust various systems and components on commercial and school buses.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, including engine, transmission, and electrical system problems.
- Collaborate with the Shop Foreman to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous dealership or fleet experience considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Cummins, Allison, Ford Gas/Propane a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
